Ola cabs have lost the brand value that they have earned over the years due to poor quality of services. I booked OLA micro instead of it OLA mini came. When I asked the driver about it he said your bill will be according to OLA MICRO fares but the bill was according to OLA MINI. Surge pricing is another issue. Also they increase the fares regularly. Go for Uber which is cheaper and provide better services.
