I booked a cab from ola cabs two months ago. It was my first and last ride with ola cabs. I didn't expect such a bad service from a big known company like ola cabs.
Firstly cab operator was a big fool he took 20 minutes to come at the pickup point.
After that he didn't know anything about Delhi. He doesn't even knew the way to New Delhi railway station. I was sick of him. I would suggest ola cabs to take a test of a driver before appointing him. I would never recommended anyone in my relation to take a ride from ola cabs. Taxi for sure is a better option.
