Today am going to share my experience with Ola Cabs while I was commuting from my Office to home on 21st Jan 2018. It was around 10 pass 6 when I booked an Ola Share from my office to home and the cab was there in my location only(Park Street). Hence I boarded the cab. Then to my surprise I found that a wait time of 12 mins was implied just because I was the only one for the ride and no other co passengers was available. The driver could not start the ride unless that 12 mins were completed and this 12 mins was the time when Ola was looking for another rider. I called their customer care even to resolve this but I was told that it is a technical issue and they turned down the phone too. For a while I was feeling like I was in an auto waiting for the auto to get filled and then only the ride can start. Finally my trip started after the wait time was completed and it took me 20mins to reach home when it takes only 7 mins to reach.
