Since many years, could be hundreds of trips. This is what the association until couple of months ago with Ola. Particularly since August'21 and in November, faced terrible experience but in a great panic situation, Ola and its Driver partners made more miserable our struggles. Manier times trips go cancelled and Drivers kept changing their tone and insisted for cash. We lost our money considering you, trust that lost got build based several years.
Finally, Ola have become to disgusting level instead of the tickets, support sought soon after, frequently and resolving them.
When a trip is not availed, showing 0.3 km, threatening to pay for that, which actually your Driver insisted to pay in cash. Why don't you do a genuine business and catch up with Driver partners, instead torturing a customer who has several years association for 313 rupees.
Really, you lost the trust got build after these many years.
