Worst than every other cab service. It happened many times that I booked cab and got a confirmation too but the driver ended call or turned the phone off. I called call center people and I was told to cancel previous booking and book another cab. I tried that too and no cab was available for next 1 hour. Then I decided not to book any cab an booked an auto which was open and air was freezing me from head to toe in the chilling temperature of 5'c.
When I was about to reach my residence, I got a call from driver that I am ready. Where to come. I said I reached now, no need of the cab. He grumbled. Leni nhi thi to kya maze ke liye ki. I ended call and reported that. Nothing happened, no action taken, no follow up. Worst! Nightmare!
