I have booked Ola cab on 23rd June 2018 morning to ride to Kochi Airport at 11.P.M. My booking reference number is CRN 1987522032. It was showing in their application that the details of driver will display 10 minutes before the drive. They are also not sending any confirmation sms. I wait until 10.50 p.m. and there is no message I received and I contacted customer service number and auto answer mechine was saying they did not find available driver. At 11.P.M. the booking automatically cancelled.
I suppossed to fly at 2.15 flight and I tried for taxi and nobody was available due to heavy rain.
I am upset in Ola Cab service that they have to inform me about the unavailability of the Cab at least before 2 hours of the scheduled ride.
This service is not at all recommended to anyone.
