This incident took place on the night of March 14, 2016 at 22:30 hrs.
We booked a cab from Vikaspuri(West Delhi area) to go to Gurgaon(Haryana). We had our Pet dog with us and the driver didn't object when we boarded the cab. I got down to buy some groceries for the house while the trip meter was kept on and upon my return, I found that the driver was arguing with my wife and told us to get off the car.
I asked him for a reason and he told that a pet dog is not allowed. We further questioned him on why did he initially allow us to board the cab if that was the protocol and why was he now complaining in the middle of journey, to which he had no answer.
When we asked for his identity proof, he declined to oblige and then drove off. We managed to take a click of his car no:

Is this the training that OLA provides to their drivers? He didn't even offer to drop us back at our starting point and we waited for 40 minutes in a deserted market.
We hired another cab whose driver dropped us safely and without any hassles.
Can you provide me an explanation of what went wrong and what action are you going to take against this driver?
