I have tavelled a lot with ola and other taxis. But the best thing about ola is safty. THE SOS number by which you can report any incident to the ola care as well as police stations. This is the best feature in this.
Besides this ola also has ola auto which is a quite good thing for the ones who want to save some penny.
But ola is not good for short rides. I have observed that the fares are higher in short trips as compared to long onres. beside this is the driver takes a different route the charges gets increased a lot higher.
I had an incident where I was heading to the airport with my friends and the fare shown was about Rs 350/-
But on the way the driver took another route cz some accident happened in the main road. When we reacjed the airport the charges incresed heavily to 550/- .
Except these senarios everything is fine with ola
