Hello friends,
I have been used the OLA taxi service in Thane city of Maharashtra state and Trivandrum city of Kerala state.
I would like to share my experiences with when I was in Kerala. I went to Kerala in September 2017 and I lived there for 2 Months.
I have used OLA so many times. The auto rickshaw service was also available in Trivandrum. But I preferred OLA all the time. There are so many reasons to choose OLA.
For traveling in the group of four people(friends) OLA is most affordable. In Trivandrum auto, rickshaw was charged more than the OLA.
The best part is OLA does provide air conditioning which is amazing. All the tour operators were so helpful in Kerala even some of tour drivers was accepted my request to give a lift to my friend and he drops him as we want at the desired location and for that, the tour operator does not charge extra money.
Only one time the incident happen that the tour driver comes and ask for a destination then he said I cant go at your location please cancels the ride but I didn't cancel I wait for the cancels ride.
Some of the tours guides helped us in heavy rain and during heavy rain traveling by OLA was so helpful for us they drop us at our accommodation gate.
While talking with drivers the language problem was not a big issue.
