Hi, everyone.i am a regular passenger of online taxis.i prefer every taxi services in india.some days before, I went to Bangalore for some purposes.my friend suggested me to come through ola cabs.i booked a ola cab to my destination place.first impression is the last impression.the first impression was very bad.because the reaching time was so late, which was scheduled to arrive in between 10 min.also, I saw the hoding of ola cabs there, that cheap price ever from other cabs.so I am choosed that service in interest.when I asked him about the delay, he answered very annoyingly.that was very hurtful.then, when I reached the destination, I asked about the fare.he replied the more fare from the actual fare.i asked about that but he said that, I have to give all the money.so, I gave all the fare, he told very desparately.i told about this to my friend.he said that, some drivers are like that and you faced one of them.i prefer all the cab service in India, but this was very disappointed.
