Ola at the beginning I found it use full because the rate card was reasonable and they given some offers for promotions and people used to addicted to it soon and after their market developed they use to do monopoly rule, like they suddenly increased the rate card and they use to change the rate card by adding surcharge its very paining 2 yr back I used it more, recently I used this it shown just 210rs on app after the ride it shown different bill and the driver said that sir its not my rate u have to pay it r else call customer I tried and tried but no response worst service and dont trust on rate card avoid this kind of problems, increase the rate card according to time and making the people fools. some times it might be useful like in urgency times but there are more negitives than positives if the control over their rate card it might be useful but at present its better to avoid .
