Generally ola cabs & service is decent but some of there drivers are really unprofessional & lack etiquettes . one evening I & my friends booked ola prime from cannought place to my place at evening firstly tha cab was late then when we sat in the cab there was a really bad adour coming from tha car , we ignored it as we were getting late so after that he told us that his phone is not working please tell me the route , we also helped him with that . then in middle of the journey he asked us if we have songs and game in our mobile devices so we said yes we do have , then he said give me through shareit btw this was his personal phone and not the ola ones which acc. to him was not working . so we didnt wanted to be rude and told him sorry we have all english songs and dont have any games . then after we reached our destination he charged us according to the meter and said please give 30-40 bucks as it was getting late ( we were like wtf ) and as we refused to give extra money , he said please give me 5 stars and he litrally dragged my phone and tried to rate himself so I gave him 5 stars but it was such horrible experience by ola . since then I am using uber which seems to br better and have better drivers .
