I had booked an OLA cab(Mumbai) for 1st June(Friday) 1 day local tour (80KM/Day). 1st they provided one driver, who is new to Mumbai, doesn't even have minimum knowledge about the routes.
Second thing is when we were traveling, we got down at "Hanging Garden" point, at that time the meter reading was 50.2 KM. When we again ride from that point after 1.5 hours, the meter was showing 75Km. I asked the driver but he remain silent. I inform the OLA cab customer care and they told that they will look over the issue. But after completing the tour, driver ask me for that extra 25 Km also. I again call OLA cab, they kept me on hold in the car about 30-40 min, and told that they will confirm after some time. Again when I had call them they told me that meter was right and I have to pay that 25 KM.

I agree they are cheap but they will charge extra in a fraud way. This is their business strategy.
