Ola offers a low cost, I agree with it. I would like to mention the pros and cons below.
Pros:
Quick booking via OLA app
Moderate cost
Good user interaction
Nice offers
Cons:
Problems with advance booking
Booking cant be done via call
Cancellation has to be done by us
Peak hour charges are too high
Many trip requests are ignored by drivers
I have faced issues with the opeartor many times like the ones mentioned above. The app wass not working properly when I needed. the other time all cabs were double charging due to peak hours rates. And they also dont provide intercity transportation.
