I have always booked Ola because their services are faster.
Uber on the other hand may be cheaper but takes quite awhile get one. So I chose OLA Cabs! So far so good .I even had the share a cab and it's great. Sometimes the Drivers play hindi music not everyone wants to listen to it. I think the drivers should ask! After all from the clients perspective! But no ! they think it's their vehicle and so on. Please realise clients come first after all they are paying. PRIVACY MATTERS!
Though I am claustrophobic. And if its for a short distance is fine by me if its longer than 30minutes I feel like puking. Anyways OLA should notify all drivers to be polite and always ask their customers if they would like to listen to music Because IT Matters.
