On 24th we have booked cab from Vrindavan to Delhi, before starting the ride driver asked us what payment mode we choosen, we 2 ladies and small kid were there together he told if it's Ola money please cancel and book other ride with cash option, we denied so he told he will not go anywhere
We have to catch the flight so we cancelled the ride andagreed to his condition and paid 2400/- to him in full
cash
Next morning when I opened my app to book new ride i found that 836 is dedicated from my Ola money
When I complained to greviance office he told that we can't do anything you are lying our driver is telling that he took only 1500 cash from us
This is the service they are giving to us
The drivers are forcing us to pay in cash, they took advantage to see that we are in hurry all are ladies
