This company has gone from bad to worst
Ola cab drivers constantly decline accepted ride. Ola never takes any action against them. I waited at Kurla terminus for more than 1 hour and finally took an auto which more trusted.
Their app is zero customer friendly. One can not contact them via email or via phone numbers. If you are in problem you just have to depend on their mobile application to contact. I had an incidence on 18th December 2025 for which I contacted them on their app for more than 10 times. And every time I raised a complaint it gave me a pre-witten pop up saying in 7 day refund will be generated. Nothing happened even after 17 days and I have no way to know what happened. Their post paid service is a trap to hold our money for long term. I ended up paying cash to the driver and my Ola app is also showing that same amount I have clear on my post paid account wallet. Horrible indeed.
Hence to avoid getting into their trap never ever opt for Ola Cab services in life.
Best is Uber which in 70% times offer cabs at lower prices and least hassles.
