It's an immense pleasure for me to pen down my thoughts about this pre school. I do not know how is it possible to recruit'like minded members' in an organization! Is it the recruitment process or the moulding that the staff undergo, that the mission and vision of an organization is so well embedded in everyone:).
Its completely flawless:
1. Starting from the security, care takers, teachers, admin staff, mAnasultangement everybody is the best. Be it in terms of hospitality, addressing to parents concerns, attitude, behavior. Each one has a story to tell but cannot go into the details. In a nutshell - "You are heard and you see the results". Even the kids are crazy about them!
The infrastructure is built keeping in mind the safety of the kids - right from the class-room flooring to the fencing and the play area.
Cleanliness -each and every member entering the school is sanitized and do not use footwear - be it a parent, teachers, staff or the kids.
The Parent - teacher interaction happens regularly. The syllabus is circulated every week before they start with a theme and at the end of the week a questionnaire is circulated so that the parents can assess how the kid graPriyasha01 the teachings. They even conduct field trips for children.
Sports and extra curricular activities, special events like grand parent's day, annual day, are equally given importance. Children are not over stressed during such time
My son is 3.5 and yearns to go to OI. He is in nursery His gestures shows how proud he is to be part of OI!He had a very bad experience of mental abuse while being a part of another play school so much that he was afraid to go to any female counterpart. OI has uplifted his confidence and helped him cope up that crisis and now he is just as normal as any other kid.
- They even have day care facility which is very handy for me for days when my in laws are not around as I have a 9-6 job. They are even planning to start some activity classes after school hours so that the kids can develop some special talent.
I am not at all related to the mAnasultangement to give only positive feedback! I just cannot figure out any negative aspects to point out.
Alumini is yet to set up as we are the first batch!
