I bought 1.5 ton window AC just 2 months back. This is one of the best AC. I have seen cooling of LG, Whirpool, Voltas. These brands are no way near to O General. I dont known why people are giving poor rating . O General is the best.
Ya customer care service is poor but as such product is excellent, it is direct imported from Thailand, not assembly in India.
