We bought this ac from durga electricals pitampura on 21/4/13
the fitting was done on the same day :)..impressive.
This new 3star ac from general is different from its earlier model in many ways. Few facts:
1.the build quality is low as compared to the previous one, but far better then other brands.
2.the new model is not equipped with an LCD display..so u'll not get to know what's the room temp.
3.the air flow channel has been elongated..giving awesome air flow.
4.Its made in Thailand, so don't trust those who say its made in Pondicherry or so.
5.several cost cutting modifications has been made..fr eg using of tough plastic instead of metal/steel.
6.the major drawback is d noise it makes..u need to have a good fittin frame ..really tyt joints..otherwise it will shake u off.
