Today I m vry disappointed with nykaa. So I wanna review about this. First of all those peoples who read my old reviews u may known tht m vry concern about my skin care so one day my friend suugested me to use nykaa for online buy of cosmetics products so I think to try this but now I relize why I use this app.two months ago I order a product worth 700 from nykaa but they delivered me 11 days later nd when I open the box it was looked vry average products so I cant knw tht it was genuine products or not and 15 days ago when those products are coming to end I think to try nykaa again so I order products on 25 nov. but till now it cannot delivered the products. when I call nykaa customer care. They simpley tell me tht we dont knw when it delivered to you nd we dont do anything for u. It is vry ridiculous. I m vry disappointed with nykaa.i can share the photo of my order u can see tht.i suggested my all friends to not use nykaa.it is worst app I hve ever used.
