Hello everyone and respected mouthshut members.Today I will share my personal experience as regard to Nykaa.com.Recently a few days ago I have ordered a product from Nykaa.I saw the cheap offers on various products on Nykaa.I was attracted and placed the order from Nykaa.I filled my contact and delivery address.I didn't get any delivery update and status from Nykaa.I called customer care but they didn't solved my problem.After 10 days later my product was delivered.Delivery timing is too worst, they did not deliver products on expected time.There is no reliability from Nykaa.After unboxing the product then I was shocked.They delivered a cheap product.I was very dissapointed to the Nykaa services.
I suggest you to do not visit and order any product from it.It is very worst shopping site.
