This morning, had a very bad experience with your delivery guy. He calls up and screams at me. WHO THE HELL IS TO SCREAM AND SHOUT AT ME? I was politely talking to him and told him to delivery the parcel but he was at rage started YELLING at me for no reason. The duty of a DELIVERY GUY is to deliver the parcel and provide good service to the customer.
This is my first purchase from nykaa.com and I don't think so that I would be purchasing from your site in future.I had referred my friends to shop from nykaa because of this bad experience I think I should ask them to not to shop from your site anymore. REFUND MY MONEY, I AM NOT HERE TO HEAR FROM A STRANGER(DELIVERY GUY) ASK HIM TO MIND HIS LANGUAGE. MOREOVER, HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL AND I TRIED CALLING HIM BACK AND BUGGER HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER. LISTEN, NYKAA YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I NEED MY MONEY.
