nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Nykaa.com is a bad shopping site . They delivered me few products recently, but all time I feel bad experiences .
After ordering anything, nykaa.com took too many time to dispatch it . One time they delivered me a product after 1.5 months .
Nykaa's customer care team is too bad . They are very unfriendly . For 1st time when I order Sirum, then after many days I do not received any update . Then I contact with them by Facebook . Maximum time they seen my message but no reply or given reply not in details or request me for send a mail . After sending many mails there have no response . There phone no also not useful . I am unable to contact with them by calling .
Packaging of product is too bad . They made packaging by only a yellow paper . For this reason my order gone damaged .
Webpage design of nykaa also bad . There have no search engine . So, I am facing problem to search a product .
Product's description are not available in details in nykaa page . So, I can not understand about a product's full details .
As per my bad experiences with nykaa.com, I can not suggest it for shopping .
