nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I had ordered for'L'Oreal Paris L'Or Lumiere Cannes Collection Box - Spring Radiance' on Nykaa.com . After 3 Days they have sent the product on 23 April 2015 which is expired. Packed in April 2014 and best use within a year ie - April 2015. After follow up and several complaints, they got ready to replace the product and generated a replacement order.
I received the replacement product on 6 May 2015.However, I again received an expired product. Packed in April 2014 and best use within a year ie - April 2015. The actual products(lipstick, nail polish) itself have a packed date in 2013. On the website they have not mentioned the manufacturing and expiry date any of the products.
After complaining again, they have processed full refund and asked for return of products. I am not returning the products, but keeping as a reference proof.
They are simply cheating customers by sending expired products. These products will be harmful if used.
