nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Nykaa is completely duping its customers with expired products and near expiry products under the farce of discount and offers.I brought 3 products from them this week(Sep 2017).
Product quality:
1.Loreal mat magique foundation-The product manufacturing date is 04/2016 and expires in 1 year ie 04/2017.I did a mistake of applying it once and now they are not ready to replace or exchange it as I used it.My question to them is how can they sell expired products in the first place?
2.Body shop lipsticks(2) -Surprisingly the manufacturing date hasn't been mentioned anywhere.They have put a fake sticker saying "use before 2019".I came to know this when I checked the manufacturing date details on the site(https://checkfresh.com/body-shop.html) by using the batch number mentioned on the products.I came to know that the mfg date is 11/2016 and exp date is 10 months and 28 days.So only 28 days r remaining until the product expires.
Customer service:I have emailed them stating all facts and mentioning that they have sent me expired and near expiry products and they are not refunding neither exchanging the products.
Please don't waste your hard earned money on this fraud site.Attaching the product pics.
