nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I got the damaged product so they offered me a discount.and when I made my next purchase with the discount.that order never reached me.they are useless.no customer service.so when I make a new order I always get a mail.but reply to my complaint .I never got.they should learn from Amazon and myntra.they are the best.nykaa is fraud.nykaa has no sense of customer service.
