Poor staff at Nykaa store. I bought Kajal from westend mall. Staff did not helped in giving options. Only one option was available within range of Rs. 200-400. Whereas their website has many other options as well as discounted prices. When I called the store and mentioned the same person said "we can't keep all varieties as we lack space" Are you serious? Lack of space! And staff also didn't informed about other options available online. Not at all a good experience shopping at Nykaa store! ??
