nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
If you are ordering something online and due to certain reason you don't want it any more, you cannot cancel the order and if you ask the customer care people they will say that you have to to receive the order.But there webiste says that if you want to cancel the order post shipment then you have an option of not receiving but the customer care people will never provide you with this option.
The customer care people are very rude and arrogant.
Even the delivery time they take is too much.The whole concept of online shopping have been messed up by nykaa.
