nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I ordered products on 20th jan during Republic day sale and I have not received the order.When I contacted customer care on 25th jan,he told me that my order was cancelled due to technical issues and my money will be credited back.The same day I got a mail from Nykaa that they regret for delay in product delivery and my products will be delivered soon. Again I contacted customer care and they said that cancellation request is processed.This is not communicated to me and seems like Nykaa has kept offers just for promotions. Guys,dont trust if there are offers in Nykaa. Never had such experience with any other shopping websites.
