I placed an order on 12-10-2022 (NLV1411531356). The order has not been shipped yet.
Placed another order today, 26-10-2022 (NLV1411536328). I am now worried if even this will be shipped in time.
Tried contacting their help centre (chat). No response.
Can't really comment on Product Quality and Reliability, as I never received any products from them.
Order NLV1411531356 eventually delivered on 31-10-2022 (after 19 days of ordering). Only 9 bulbs (instead of 10) are there in the packet.
