Very poor and irresponsible service.
We booked a bus from Delhi to Chandigarh on 31st December under PNR No: 12223646 for three passengers. The boarding point was Kashmiri Gate, with a scheduled boarding time of 3:30 PM. Due to heavy traffic, we were delayed by only 5 minutes.
Between 2:45 PM and 3:00 PM, we contacted Neo customer support and informed them in advance that we would be 45 minutes late. Since Karnal Bypass was much closer to our location and we could have reached there at least 30 minutes earlier, and the bus was also scheduled to pass through that route, we requested that the boarding point be changed to Karnal Bypass. Unfortunately, no support was providedneither was the boarding point changed nor any alternative solution offered.
Our cab driver made every possible effort, and we reached the boarding point at 3:33 PM. We then spoke directly to the Neo bus driver and requested him to wait for just 2 minutes, as the bus had not even departed at that time. However, the driver refused to wait, denied boarding to all three passengers, and showed no cooperation.
Because of a delay of just 23 minutes, all three passengers had to suffer unnecessarily. Additionally, the behavior of the Neo bus driver was extremely unprofessional. He was unwilling to communicate properly and kept disconnecting the call within 10 seconds.
Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience. Such poor service and lack of basic customer support completely destroy customer trust. We expect strict action against this behavior and a proper resolution for this issue.
