Hello guys. I have ordered this trimmer from filpkart and got delivered yesterday, but the trimmer was not turning ON at all. I have read that it need to recharge 8 hrs before intitial use so I recharged it for 8 hrs and after that also it was not turning ON. Then I opened the comb and blade from the main body I found some hairs in that they shipped reclyed product which was already used by someone. Really discounted with this product and the NOVA brand not that much popular and they don't have service centre they are writing on box that 2 years warranty but they didn't gave any information regarding how to claim warrenty and services centres across india. By seeing price and specifications it might be good deal but after sale if anything went wrong than the whole money will simply wasted. Fake product are selling like anything. Without proper information they are selling their products.
