I've flown Northwest a total of 4 times and over all am dissapointed with their service. The only reall good thing I can think of is that our planes were never more than 4 minutes of the scheduled time. That is really the only good thingI have to say about them. The one time that I really remember is when we were on a 6 hour flight and our choices were to buy an overpriced snack tray or eat the one bag of free pretzels they gave us. I didn't want to pay $3 for the snack tray, so I just ate the pretzels but I was apalled. We were not offered any in-flight entertainment what so ever and the seating was VERY cramped. Considering that Northwest and KLM are partners, I am shocked by the difference of service. If given my choice, I will not fly Northwest ever again.
