Last week my mobile Nokia XL stopped working and I took it to the Nokia Care store in Goregaon, Mumbai wherein they charged me Rs.100/- as inpsection charge. I told them that there is some minor software issue but they ignored it. After 3 days they told me that your phone is dead they are not able to repiar it. Even they did not call me in this regard. When I went there to ask then they confirmed me. Now I repaired my mobile online through internet which was just a small software error. Really disappointed as Nokia is appointing non eligible engineers to repair mobiles. I have literally wasted my time as well as Rs. 100/-.
