This is the most pathetic phone I have bought, I bought this phone from Croma store under a scheme on 06.02.2014 and since then I have sent my mobile phone for repairs twice. After lot of requests, I was given temporary replacement which was a broken phone, that could be only used for phone calls and nothing else.
The battery needs to be constantly charged, the phone is always hot, whether you speak or not, whether the internet is on or not. When given for repairing, the phone was formatted and given back. Thereafter, again, the screen went blank and I had to rush to Nokia. I had given my blackberry under the scheme for a minuscule discount of some Rs.1000. I really regret doing that.
This is the reason why Nokia is never preferred over other phones. I want my refund back as my money has absolutely gone down the drain and its an absolute customer dissatisfaction. If this is not done, then I would be serving a legal notice to Nokia.
