Good Phone with huge options
As in Typical Nokia, the Usability is horrible in terms of Speed of operation
It takes few more screens to reach a particular menu compared to Peers
Cost is very high for that features
Very Heavy for the features given
Hangs up very frequently. Need to remove the battery & again start
Battery back up not great
Has some Louzy features like Bar Code scanning... Not sure why this is in...

10.My Wife too had a Nokia Product E6320 earlier.. We did have huge amount of issues on the same...
11.I made a comprise while buying this E66 falling for it because of urgency when the SOny Erricson model I wanted was not available in the shop on that day.
- I did buy a Sony product after my Nokia went to the Care center...Very happy with the same 10. Overall not a great product to buy
