Value for Money:

I have been a fan of Nokia products for a long time. The battery life, durability are key differentiators of their products in tough Indian conditions. So when it was time to buy a phone for my wife on her birthday, it was merely a question of which Nokia to buy given my budget of Rs. 8 to 10 K.

My wife's requirements were that it should have a good camera (check) , QWERTY keypad (check), good looks (check), ability to access Facebook (check) and radio (we'll come to that shortly).

Well, she liked it (sort of). But she was disappointed to see that she cannot listen to radio without plugging in the headphone which is possible with the entry grade phones. But the Facebook, camera and one month trial of push mail were well received.

I personally find the phone difficult to use. I have large fingers and just cannot manage the keyboard on it. I also think that the operating system is way behind the Android OS. You cannot download the best apps and enjoy the latest features that are available on the net.

So all in all, my reco is neither good nor bad. Its a good phone, but it could have been better.
