Nokia product quality become simply..worst. I purchased **Nokia -E5 last year*
*(Serial No-357413049802618, Product type-RM-632, Product Code-059B055 on 29.08.11 at Haldia, W.B)*
Its speaker & keypad got damaged within 9 months. Nokia care (Barrackpore, near Kolkata) repaired it, and asked to go for 1yr extended warranty( which is just bogus) & convinced us that it would be helpful.
Within 1 month, the speaker got damaged again, I don’t know, previously they replaced with old one or not. Nokia care found that it got damaged due to Liquid!!!! And I had to pay for that, they show some clauses of warranty.
Within next 2 months, screen got damaged, went to Nokia care, they found Liquid again!!!! How they found..it’s a mystery and again same it’s was out of warranty clauses.
*Nokia & Nokia care both lost its quality, service & pride DON’T GO 4 it*
