I have given my NokiaN73 Music Edition Mobile Phonefor repair in Nokia Care Centre(B.T.M. Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka, India) on31-12-2008 which is under Warranty Repair(**Job Sheet Number: 528434038/081231/8**), it has been almost **5 months** now and still myphone has not been repaired and returned to me, in spite of numerous visits tothe Nokia Care Centre and numerous **calls to the B.T.M.Layout Nokia CareManager**(Mr. ArunKumar, 9972000012), **Nokia Careline**(Nokia Careline Number: 30303838) and numerous **E-mails to the Nokia Customer Care**(E-mail ID: support.services@nokia.com). The Only reply I get from them is that the issue has been escalated and you will be getting your phone in another few days.
Nokia has the **Worst Quality Products and even worse After Sales Service**. **I have wasted a lot of time and money to get back my phone, but in vain**. It’s not only me but there are many others who are facing the same issues with Nokia Products. **I request everyone to think a Billion times before buying a Nokia Product and ****my sincere suggestion would be not to buy one.
Nokia’s tagline should have been “DISCONNECTING PEOPLE” and Nokia Care should have been “NOKIA SCARE”.
