Yes Nokia hand sets have some problems. it has come to our knowlege by no of complaints received by us.Nokia has a very wide range of products menat for all class of users. They start from the lowest with basic facilities to the most affluent and advanced systems. They have a wide network of sales and service centres, but the class of servioce provided at service centre is not in unison with the Nokia image. The enginers are untrained and thus they insted of repeiring the hendset, have a history of killing it. They infuse poison so that it dies the moment it is in the hends of the service engineer. They they give the excuse that it was dipped in liquid or was bad when it came to them. This is the worst and most sorry figure of this comapny. efforts have been amde but it has not improved as yet.
