Nokia is dumping china made phones here. software has a bug which they are unable to rectify
bright point service centre has some verni crowd cant speak properly to customers.
especially when poor drivers and peon go to repair they speak rudely . they should realise that poor ppl collect money and even a 3 thousand phone has lot of value to them
all they do is format and reinstall the software . they keep doing this till the phone koncks off and dies lucky if your under warranty or else ur gone govt should ban these companies they dont have any iso or isi certification so quality is not checked at all . so some cheap china models are being sent here . 6680 is also benq phone which they are selling as nokia and they cant repair it also
better buy sony or motorola atleas the phone does not hang
avoid nokia less said the better about the staff of Bright Point . cant speak english to save their life . pathetic culture . u go mad waiting for ur tuen could be even 1 hour to submit the phone
