The Nokia 3600 slide model looked promising and therefore I bought it. Within a month of purchase I started having awful trouble with the phone.
The volume button works according to its whims and fancies.
The sliding panel is not smooth.
the phone gets scratched like its nobody's business.
the software is faulty - so if my phone decided that it wants to be switched on, then it switches on. Otherwise it stays switched off.
the camera is very very poor and the camera button also stopped working.
I have given it to the Nokia care center in Koramangala, Bangalore who have not managed to do ANYTHING about the phone. THEY ARE CLUELESS.
The much touted "CONNECT TO THE INTERNET OPTION" is just a way to bull**** the customer.
The battery runs out in about 8 hours no matter what. If you talk, then its as good as no battery!! The battery life is a joke!!
I have always believed that nokia phones are superior to any other mobile brand but today I am having to change my opinion. DO NOT BUY NOKIA PHONES. Go for Samsung. From experience, its sturdy, good sound quality, great camera and actually functions the way a phone should. I regret having ever bought the damn phone for almost Rs. 10, 000!!!
