Review : It happened last week, walked into the nokia moble showroon near koramangala, wanted to have a look as to whats in and happening, as it is I change phones every quarter, had heard that nokia would be launching 40 new models int he coming year, thats where the shopkeeper showed me the Nokia 2650
Ii was amused and surprised at the sight of the phone, colur screen , polyphonic tones, and lots of other basic features. phone loked good, had a nice feeling too it, felt good in my handm and very light too. it also has a handsfree speaker, I felt it was a good buy and then the obvious question popped up whats the price...???
well thats where I was in for a surprise , it costs just 5k , for a second I thought is he joking , but thats the truth colur phone for 5000 , thats an achievement, I went for the phone and I am a happy nokia customer today....

Now to the userend stuff, whats good, great new ringtones, I had got bored of the ususal stuff that was coming in nokia 6000 series and the other 3000 series,
new ringtones, peppy and cool, they sound much better in this model u can bet on that.... Speakerphone is a boon for other users like me, who hate to hold the phone in hand all the time. Battery stand by is awesome , these new nokia batterys do wonder they are light and amazing.. mine last upto 3 days with my usage.

Now u must be wondering whats that call screening is a feature where the incoming no is screened and if its an unknown no u can set the phone , so that it will automatically go silent if u get a call from an unknown no, and u will not be cisturbed...
Spreadsheet - something like an excelf ile with limited options for tracking daily espenses or monthly stuff while ur on the go, as its hard to remember all the money paiid for various stuff bought.
The last but not the least is the SMS counter thats something I have been waitinfg for a long time, which is a life saver, There will be many people out there, who would wonder, why they get huge bills, and weather they really sent so many SMS or not, well heres a life save, sms counter trackes all sms sent out and end of the month u can track total message u have sent, and u can also reset the counter every month, so now u can head on tackle ur service provide if ur being over charged on ur bills, for more messages than u acutually ended up doing,
The flip side, I dound only 2 some people may not like the plastic feel and look, somtimes looks a bit flimsy. the feel of the buttons are not good, the keypad buttons look good, but while ur working on them the wuality and the feel doesnt come 2 good, I didnt feel quite confident, even though they are strong and hard u get the feeling it might break, gives a feeling of cheap plastic, even though its durable...
