Recently one of our relative purchased a basic phone of Nokia for his mother from amazon. When pack received everything was looking good but after some time it started produce problems like the ringer was not working properly. Sometimes phone hanged up or keys did not operate well.
The bill of the phone also got lost and as his mother resides far away at a village in uttrakhand it was very difficult for her to communicate, He tried to repair it at a local shop who told him it will be much better to buy a new phone then spending money on this phone finally he bought a Micromax phone and presented to her which is working perfectly and now mother son are really happy.
