It was hard to search for a good house at a reasonable price in this big city of Bangalore. I am glad that no broker was there to help me out in this situation, moreover I am very thankful to the relationship manager they assigned. His Name is Samiya Ranjan Das.
He is proactive in all arrangements and always comes up with different options and also good suggestions. He was very specific in taking the requirement from me and searching the best possible match against the same. He keeps on interacting with me for feedback related to different properties, so he can come up with better properties next time. And he always did. He also used to suggest different options regarding places giving benefits of those places. And it really did help me in finding such a good property at last. He helped me until I get settled with all the facility as promised in no broker app by the owner.
