Happy for the home!. Review on Nobroker

I recently subscribed to the Relax Plan on NoBroker to find a rental home close to my office and within my set budget. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ipsita, my dedicated Relationship Manager, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Right from the beginning, her communication was top-notch — always accessible, incredibly prompt, respectful, and consistently professional.

What truly impressed me was how well she understood my requirements. She approached everything from my perspective, which made the entire home-search process much more seamless. While the NoBroker app offered a wide range of listings, Ipsita went a step further by personally curating and sharing options that were spot on with my preferences.

Whenever I shortlisted a property, she wasted no time in coordinating with the owners and setting up visits that worked with my schedule. What really stood out was her willingness to go beyond — if I liked a place, she would actively negotiate with the owner and, impressively, managed to get the rent reduced below what I had initially planned for.

Thanks to her commitment and efforts, I found a wonderful place to stay. I’m truly grateful for Ipsita’s support and professionalism, and I sincerely wish her continued success in her career.
