MY RECENT EXPERIENCES WITH NOBROKERS:
I have had continuously back to back poor experiences on the platform. We as family have 2 properties in bangalore which we want to rent out and have used Nobrokers services for the same.
The team is completely clueless on who is doing what within nobrokers and is unable to ask the basic questions. For the 1st property, within 3 days of paying 9500 Rs they told me that they cannot rent out the flat but it took me 4 weeks of follow up to get my money back after wasting hours speaking to employees(Chetna, Varsha, Gayathri) who are unable to solve basic queries.
Again 2nd time, this property is in one of the fastest moving area(Hennur) in North Bangalore. This time they didn't tell me that they can't let out the property but were not able to arrange single visiting even after 3 weeks of discussions. On calling up, they keep beating around the bush, take no responsibility or ownership, responds saying that we can't do much and won't even connect me to their managers.
I am really annoyed by their service and strongly advocate against for anyone who is even thinking of using their services
