nobroker Cares
nobroker is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I took their service and paid 2000 rs. They have given me a relationship manager. But he will not do anything. You have to search everything on your own. One top of it they recommended a low class packers and movers(SMS movers and packers). I was supposed to move within the city. It usually costs me around Rs.5000. But because Nobroker suggested I took their service. Firstly they charge you more than what was discussed, even nobroker is not transparent on the cost. I was mugged. I had to pay 1300 more than what was discussed.
Then the climax started, these guys broke my Rs.20000 wooden cot. The clever thing is they hid it from me while rearranging the stuff. Now they don, t ever respond to my call. I contacted Nobroker but they ignore my calls. They will call me and tell me we are speaking to the vendors or speaking to the management to get me a resolution. But nothing happens.
The only reason for choosing the SMS movers and packers is because nobroker recommended them to me. Thought they are professionals. My mistake. Now I am left with a broken cot and costed me 6400 to move 25KM within the city. And I had to search my own house.
So overall it costed me 2000+6400+20000= 28400. Please be careful.
