Has anyone tried NoBroker paid plans?
Ever since I came to Mumbai, 8 years ago, I was against this system of brokers eating a month rent as brokerage for just showing the flats available.
Few initial years, I stayed in sharing and there was no other strong option so had to pay the brokerage, but I always insisted on paying as much less as possible.
After 2nd year here in this city, I used to go society by society, different colonies and areas to personally look for houses without brokerage and asked all gate security persons to find one if possible.
Few times I was lucky but most times, I failed.
Then this last November 2018, when I had to look for a new flat, somebody suggested about Nobrokers and I just promptly decided to try.
My Relationship Manager was Akshata Acharya who really helped me a lot in looking for a suitable match to my requirements.
With some right suggestions and quick decisions, I zeroed on my current flat.
Overall.Good experience. I strongly recommend to use this and curb this brokerage system completely.
